Hello my loves!

I hope you all had a good weekend, I'm sorry I haven't been posting much this week I've been super busy with work and everything!

Smashbox Oil-Free Photo Finish Primer in Light
Estรฉe Lauder Sumptuous Extreme Mascara in Black
Smashbox Smoke Box Eye Palette
*The MAC Fluidline wasn't for me but I just thought I'd include in the picture, and I also bought MAC lipstick in Rebel and forgot to put it in there!

Autumn Make-up Look

Hello loves! ๐Ÿ™‚

Today, I decided to try out a different look using some lovely autumn colours so I dug out my Sleek iDivine Monaco palette and got stuck in!

It's got a lovely mix of colours, some brights, some pastels and some neutrals, perfect! I absolutely adore the Sleek palettes, I've got a few of them, and I love them because there's a massive range of colours, they're long lasting, reasonably priced and super pigmented.

I decided to go for the three colours above, I'm not sure of the names though!

So, I started with the lightest colour, a matte beige colour, and applied it all over the lid and right up to the brow bone.

Then, I applied the middle colour, a super pigmented bronze-y red over the lid. (It looks a lot more orange in the picture than it really is).

Finally, I used the matte plum (which is gorgeoussss) in the crease and blended it up and out for a smokey look.

Finish with a flick of liquid liner, some mascara and a plum lipstick (I'm using No Competition by Benefit) and your good to go! ๐Ÿ™‚

Winter Skin Care Routine

Hi loves! ๐Ÿ™‚

As it’s getting to that time of year, I decided to update my daily skincare routine to show you all how I give my skin that extra little bit of care in the winter months!
It’s only end of October and I’ve already noticed that my skin! and especially my lips are already that bit more dehydrated so here’s what I’ll be using to help battle the cold! ๐Ÿ™‚

L-R: Clarins Super Restorative Replenishing Comfort Mask, Lancรดme Tonique Douceur, Benefit It’s Potent eye cream, Benefit Total Moisture moisturiser.
I’ve also been using the Clarins Hydra-Quench Moisture Replenishing lip balm on my lips and the Benefit Boo Boo Zap on all those pesky little spots!

^Enjoying pampering myself with the Clarins mask!

Review: L’oreal Rouge Caresse Lipsticks

Hello lovelies! ๐Ÿ™‚

I met a friend in town today for coffee and a catch up and naturally when I’m left alone in town, I tend to drift towards the make up off I headed to Boots with the intent of buying myself a(nother) lipstick, for the blog of course…

Now, for some reason, I’m not sure why, but L’oreal just never seems to take my fancy, I’m always hearing great reviews about their products, I’m just not drawn to it as much as I’d like. But, today I spotted this gorgeous pink lippie from their Rouge Caresse range and just decided to go with it ๐Ÿ™‚

Firstly, I just have to say that I think the packaging is super sleek and pretty and I just really like it. The silver tube also looks great against the colours of the lipsticks themselves, it really makes the colours pop.

The shade above is Cheeky Magenta.
Now, any of you guys that read my blog regularly, know that I love a bold, bright and generally matte lipstick but I’m glad I went for something different and picked this little baby up! It’s smooth, glossy and feels amazingly moisturising on the lips.

Playing with Glitter!

So, tonight I had some free time and decided to play with lipstick and glitter and yeah, this is what happened…

Apologies for the terrible photos, the camera quality on the iPad is shocking! It looks much better in person ๐Ÿ™‚
I used the Rimmel Apocolips Lip Lacquer in Celestial, a super pigmented, semi-matte, hot pink gloss and then dabbed a Barbie pink glitter with some blue tones in it on top!

Let me know what you think ๐Ÿ™‚
